It is used to adjust expand or contract according to the change of temperature and displacement of bus due to different foundation subside. It is usually used in combination of different foundations. It will be used every 20 meters when the straight busbar is rather long.
Conductor expansion joint is laminated with 1mm thick thin aluminum sheet and every expansion joint is 15-20mm thick. One head of expansion joint is welded on busbar tap and the other head is welded on site.

It adopts strong strength insulator to support the conductor and tightened by top and bottom hardware of bus through bolts. Hardware is made of fibre strengthen pressure plastic and has the characteristics of strong strength and long usage life. Support insulator is installed in the bottom support slot aluminum which make maintain and overhaul easy.

When installation, wall entrance structure supplied by our company is welded on the embedded parts and then put the wall entrance palte onto the wall entrance frame and put sealing gasket between them and seperate indoor and outdoor air. The material of wall entrance palte is aluminum and can be welded on the enclosure of bus thus can gurantee the protective performance.
